1. Refund Policy A refund, or credit, for the cost of unopened merchandise will be issued when the merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt. We will only refund the shipping cost if the return is due to an error made by us. Otherwise, the shipping cost will not be refunded. ORDERS PAID BY PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER There are no refunds for all orders paid with a check or money order. A store credit will be issued. You will receive a store credit code via email. Please note: Atsui-Anime Online is not responsible for items opened or popped due to high pressure/altitude. These items will not be refunded or accepted for return.
2. Return Policy PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR SHIPPED IN ERROR Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouses. Although Atsui-Anime Online (AAO) products are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit. AAO guarantee's to replace products broken or damaged in transit at no additional cost to customers. All damaged items will need to be returned to us. We will not ship out the replacement items until we receive and inspect the damaged item(s) that are returned.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded or a credit given only if the merchandise is damaged in transit or was shipped in error.
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE Unopened merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Contact Atsui-Anime.com's Customer Service regarding the reason for the return BEFORE returning merchandise.
Should a customer decide to return an unopened order on their own, please provide Atsui-Anime.com with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Policy Your order will usually ship the same business day or no later than 24 hours from the time your order is placed on our website, except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If your order does not ship within 24 hours, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay.
AAO ships only within the continental United States. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our Dallas-Ft.Worth, TX warehouse. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for your delivery when shipped USPS Parcel Post.
IMPORTANT: AAO does not ship to PO Box addresses. You must provide us with a physical address to ship to.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders: All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS. You can choose between USPS Parcel(can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery), or USPS Priority(usually arrives within 3 business days from ship date).
APO/FPO orders: For all orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, your order can only be shipped via USPS. You cannot track the package once it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the time it takes for your order to be delivered. All orders shipped to these addresses can take up to 60 days.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you with your USPS tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress at http://www.usps.com.
4. PayPal Orders For all orders paid with PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our account. All refunds will be sent back to your PayPal account.
